Vickie: Appointment and Benefits Coordinator
Vickie has been in the health professional field for over 30 years and enjoys working with patients, getting to know them and their families, and helping to meet their scheduling and financial needs. We are lucky to have enjoyed her calm presence at our front desk for over 15 years. Vickie has been married for 33 years and has two adult children. She enjoys scrapbooking, yard sales with her sisters and going to local plays. Her Beagle mix "Bernie" and her cat “Horseshoe” also provide her with endless entertainment.

Michelle: Receptionist and Treatment Coordinator
Michelle is a people person and a problem solver. She has worked in dentistry for 20 years and with us for over 9 years. She worked chairside as a registered dental assistant and still helps in the treatment rooms when we really need her there but her forte is treatment coordination. Having been an RDA she really understands treatment plans and is able to guide patients through the procedures they need. She has been married for 20 years to her high school sweetheart and has two sons who fill her life with lots and lots of baseball. She is an avid baseball mom! Her Boxer named Sadie keeps her laughing as well.

Mary Alice Malkemus: Office Manager
Mary Alice has been with the practice from day one in a variety of capacities. Nowadays she handles the bookkeeping needs of the practice and shares her desk with Dr. Malkemus. She’s mostly behind the scenes but enjoys the science and seeing the terrific results of today’s modern dentistry. She has a master’s degree in molecular biology. She is learning to paint and many of her paintings adorn the office, as well as those of her mentor, Carol Watanabe. |
